CoziTales allows order cancellations up to 30 minutes after your order is placed. This gives you time to catch any last-minute changes or errors before production begins.

Orders are sent to production and cannot be canceled, modified, or changed. This ensures fast turnaround times for all customers.
Note: If you need to make changes within the 30-minute window, you must cancel the original order and place a new one.
